What We Do

At Niño de la Caridad Foundation, we believe that exposure to new experiences can inspire young people to reach their full potential. As part of our Leaders of the Future Program, we provide underserved youth with opportunities that broaden their horizons, build confidence, and develop leadership skills.

The Disney Leadership & Education Experience is a unique initiative designed to reward academic and leadership excellence while encouraging students to dream beyond their current circumstances. For many, this is their first time traveling outside their community, offering a transformative experience that can shape their futures.

40 underserved students will participate in this once-in-a-lifetime leadership and educational experience.
100% of participants are first-time travelers outside of their city, broadening their aspirations.
80% of past students who attended a career exposure trip reported higher confidence in pursuing post-secondary education.
Over 20 community sponsors & partners are supporting this initiative, ensuring long-term success.
