Latinos Destinados a Triunfar (LDT) is our annual youth career summit where we aim to empower Hispanic youth so they can become successful leaders of the future. The 2022 summit included over 500 high school students, inspiring speakers, and career exploration sessions from Latinos at the top of their industries.

The objectives of the LDT annual youth career summit include:

• Uplifting and inspiring Hispanic youth by exposing them to mentors, role models, and success opportunities
• Increasing youth’s awareness of the wide array of career options available to them and effective ways to pursue them
• Providing resources and programs to prepare youth for their journey into college and beyond after the completion of the summit
