Current Program

Leaders of the Future (LOTF)

Overview

Leaders of the Future (LOTF) is NDLC’s signature college-readiness and career-exploration program for Bronx high school juniors and seniors. The program provides mentorship, academic guidance, and career exposure to help students prepare for post-secondary education and meaningful employment.

  • College and career preparation (FAFSA, essays, interviews)
  • Career exploration and site visits
  • Leadership development through service and teamwork
  • Nutrition and wellness support
  • Cultural and family engagement activities
Target Group
  • 60 students (11th–12th grade) from Bronx public schools

  • October–August each year

Caterpillar Homework Club

After-school academic support program providing tutoring and mentorship to elementary and middle-school students.
