    Workshops for Students & Parents

Until very recently, higher education institutions were in charge of educating and training professionals and the labor market was in charge of employing them. Driven by the wave of the knowledge society, current trends are to integrate both scenarios, educational and labor, for university professional training; learning based on real work experiences within the university curriculum is no longer an option to become a necessity.

In Líderes del Futuro we deal with this issue from the analysis of the learning process that takes place in the real work scenarios in which university students find themselves during the workshops.

    In-group discussions / Information sessions

Group work is a constant at all educational levels: from infant to university and from there to postgraduate degrees. Working in a team serves to develop theoretical knowledge, but also skills such as communication and conflict resolution, in addition to preparing students for the reality of a world of work in which knowing how to cooperate is an increasing requirement in companies. Leaders of the Future provides them with an environment where skills are developed that, otherwise, students would not develop only with interaction with the teacher.

This is the basis on which the concept of cooperative learning is built, a growing methodology that defends the benefits of learning in the team against traditional individual or competitive approaches.
